Emotional health encompasses our ability to understand, manage, and express our emotions in a constructive way. It involves being aware of and accepting our feelings, both positive and negative, and effectively coping with life's challenges. Just as physical health requires regular exercise and proper nutrition, emotional health also needs nurturing and support to thrive.

 

Emotions play a vital role in our behavioural patterns. Unattended or suppressed negative emotions, in particular, can have a significant impact on your well-being. By building our emotional resilience and understanding, we can deepen our connection with ourselves and with others, increase our self-esteem and energy levels, and improve our relationships.
