Mind Body Balance
As a kinesiologist, the ultimate goal is to support your mind and body to find balance. Our bodies are designed to return to homeostasis - when all the systems in the body are in tune. Many things can interrupt this balance for example stress - emotional/physical has been shown to be stored in the body.
My job is to explore via muscle testing what is happening for you on a deeper level, identify limiting beliefs, patterns of sabotage or stories you’ve been telling yourself.

Our focus is to gain information on what is happening for you and support your emotional health wellbeing and healing. If your emotional wellbeing needs some nurturing, a kinesiology/mind body medicine session is a great place to start.
