About the event
Experience a practice with Tania and John Munro, Qigong Master, to learn how to align your energy throughout the seasons (especially that of pre-Christmas/end-of-year deadlines and festivities). Â John will introduce this combined movement, breath and meditation practice. Â
This is one of only two classes John will be teaching in Melbourne for 2023.
Accompanied by the cello tones of Melbourne musician Emily Wilson, enjoy this two-hour workshop to explore the benefits of qigong.
