Align as a verb

I've been thinking about something Esther Perel said in a recent radio interview I was tuned into.
She talked about love not as a feeling, not as a noun, but as a verb. An active, daily practice of conscious, intentional action. Not something you fall into and stay. Something you do, again and again.
To align is no different. It isn't a state you achieve once and keep. It's the daily act of coming back to yourself, through stillness and surrender, through breath and movement.
I started collecting verbs that carry the feeling of alignment with me, the actions that carry you home when everything has been moving too fast.
Move. Flow. Release. Surrender. Ground. Return. Connect. Escape. Renew. Every single one of them is something you do, a doorway back to balance.
If any of those verbs felt like a longing rather than a practice right now, that's exactly where kinesiology meets you.
Let's work together.
