Emotions can be challenging to visualise, yet their impact on our behaviour is profound when we take the time to notice them.


For example, sharing these words for this post, I've managed to procrastinate for hours, finding excuses from my lack of tech knowledge....to my old pattern that I don't know enough to be credible. I've felt frustrated and overwhelmed. Let's face it, fear was having some fun.


Recognising, investigating, nurturing and moving are all ways you can support what you cannot see.
