The sweet spot

How would you describe your essence?
Have you even contemplated what your essence is?
That was the call to action for this week's self-reflection course I'm currently undertaking online. We were also invited to ask ourselves - When do you feel your most self?
This is what tumbled out onto the page for me. I think I combined both prompts, but here's what made sense:
The sweet spot
Weightless from life.
The strength in body and mind.
Strong in the softness - to just be.
Pause
The knowing of knowing.
Questioning. Listening. Hearing.
Like speaking with a trusted friend - honest, wise, calm, patient, kind.
Judgment free.
Pause
Curiosity sparked, imagination ignited.
Captivated by the wonder of fascination. Vellirium.
The intelligence of intuition.
Serendipity flirts. Synchronicity weaves.
Pause
Senses on.
Life embraced. Wu Wei.
Love(d).
Pause
Did you happen to notice the new word I created? Vellirium.
When exploring the times I feel my most self, on my list is the love I have for stumbling across new words and their meanings. Like my current favourite, acquiesce.
With some help from Claude.ai - I asked if there was a word to describe the fascination of discovering new words. Logophile - a lover of words, but it's not exactly how I feel. So I wrangled with AI, prompting the word must feel nice to say, or as I discovered mouthfeel.

Share in the comments a little of your essence or even your favourite word so we can get vellirious together.
